Herein referred to as “The Nightmare Asylum has confirmed paranormal activity in and around the building and property. Paranormal activity has been documented in the past and is expected in the future. These are very real entities that could cause harm. The Nightmare Asylum and its owners, agents, officers, and employees warrant no liability towards any damage or injury, whether physical, mental, or spiritual.
The consumption of alcohol and the possession of firearms and/or explosives, including fireworks on the property, are strictly prohibited. Under-age drinkers will have the authorities called. Disorderly or aggressive behavior towards other patrons or employees will result in immediate ejection from the venue without payment or refund.
**Warning due to the type and level of paranormal activity, we do not recommend small children, pregnant women, persons with heart problems, and people prone to seizures to enter The Nightmare Asylum.**
1. On behalf of myself, my personal representatives, and my heirs, I hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify “The Nightmare Asylum” from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my participation in above named Haunted Horror Attraction. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging, and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers, employees, or paranormal entities of "The Nightmare Asylum.”
**Each person's visit is different. Situations vary, and while most people do experience it, there is no guarantee that you will experience the paranormal activity. **
I, whether employee or customer, have read the above waiver and release and by signing it, agree that it is my intention to exempt and relieve "The Nightmare Asylum" AKA "M & A Start and Alternator Repair" from liability for personal injury, property damage, or spiritual damage, whether real or imagined or wrongful death caused by negligence, spiritual or physical possession, or any other causes.
